Samrat Prithviraj: Akshay Kumar has an important request for the fans ahead of the movie’s release

Akshay Kumar’s Samrat Prithviraj is one of the most-anticipated releases of the year, and it is only hours away from its big release tomorrow. The actor has now taken to social media with an important request for the fans.

Writing, “A humble request to everyone watching the film #SamratPrithviraj in theatres tomorrow. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate #SamratPrithviraj Chauhan only at a theatre near you on 3rd June! (sic),” the tweet consisted of two notes, one in Hindi and the other in English.

The note said that the team of Samrat Prithviraj has taken four years to create the historical movie based on the life of King Prithviraj Chauhan. The note then requested the fans to not share spoilers about aspects of the movie, as there are lesser-known facts about the king in the movie.

Important movies, regardless of their language, get spoiled online following fans sharing important details about the movie. This is not the first time makers of an important release have requested fans to avoid spoilers and not to support piracy.

The makers have already released three trailers of the film Samrat Prithviraj, which promises a movie made on a large canvas, that brings the life of Prithviraj Chauhan to the big screen. The movie’s first trailer has over 74 million views on YouTube.

While Akshay Kumar essays the life of the king, the movie also stars Manushi Chhillar, who makes her acting debut. She will be seen playing the role of Sanyogita, Prithviraj’s wife. The historical war drama also features Sonu Sood, Sanjay Dutt, Ashutosh Rana and Sakshi Tanwar in supporting roles.

Backed by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films, the movie is directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi. The movie is set to hit theatres around the country on June 3, and will be available in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
