Shah Rukh Khan has gone on to reveal that his friend, superstar Aamir Khan is eager to watch Pathaan and wants an exchange deal with Laal Singh Chaddha. The actors do not want to exchange roles but Aamir would show SRK Laal Singh Chaddha in exchange for a screening for Pathaan.

For the uninitiated, Shah Rukh unveiled Pathaan’s release date announcement video earlier in the day. The clip has gone viral on the internet for obvious reasons and the usually private SRK hosted an Ask SRK session to connect with his fans post the video’s release.

During the session, Shah Rukh revealed that even his friend, superstar Aamir Khan is eager to watch Pathaan. SRK shared that Aamir insists he wants to see the movie.

A fan actually asked the actor if he has seen Aamir’s upcoming movie, Laal Singh Chaddha. As a reply, Shah Rukh revealed that Aamir instead wants to see Pathaan first.

See his reply here:

Shah Rukh and Aamir are among the two Khans who are loved in the industry. The third is Salman Khan. The trio has become iconic with Bollywood and their friendship too has warmed fans’ hearts time-and-again.

While Salman and Aamir are considered to be closer friends, Shah Rukh and Aamir have also made a few public appearances in the recent past, leaving fans curious if the two will ever have a professional association apart from being friends.

Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in Pathaan five years after his movie Zero’s release. The Aanand L. Rai directorial released in theatres in 2018.

Similarly, Aamir Khan, who appears in fewer movies anyway, also released his last film in theatres in 2018. He was seen in Thugs Of Hindostan in the lead role and later made a special appearance in Kunal Kapoor’s Koi Jaane Na, which released in 2021.
