The first trailer of the series introduced Bharti Jha as a married woman, who, with her husband, shifts to a remote village and leaves the comfort of city life. Despite being unhappy with this shifting and moving to a village area, Bharti Jha and her fictional husband are seen quite joyful and engaging in their eight long years of married life. However, the twist begins when their neighbour, a middle-aged man, begins to have forbidden romantic thoughts about Bharti Jha, and tries to find out lame excuses everyday to visit their house to keep a close tab on the wife.

Ullu has finally dropped the second trailer of Shatir, where it gives highlights of more twist and turns that will make the viewers go crazy with the suspense and thrills. The second trailer shows Bharti Jha requesting the middle-aged neighbour through a handwritten letter to help her get impregnated as her husband has been shown impotent.

Later, the seductive servant of the middle-aged neighbour is seen visiting Bharti Jha's husband as informs him all the truth about his wife that how she's having a forbidden extramarital affair with her employer. The very night, the husband sneak peeks at the neighbour's house from the window and seems that all whatever the servant said was truth about his wife (Bharti Jha).
