Siddhant Chaturvedi to romance Mrunal Thakur in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's romantic drama

Following the success of Alia Bhatt's Gangubai Kathiawadi, Sanjay Leela Bhansali once again demonstrated that his filmmaking is top-notch and that he understands how to stand out with grand settings, versatlie actors, and captivating plots. The filmmakers has been making news for his upcoming project Heeramandi which stars Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Manisha Koirala, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Sheikh, among others. With this stellar cast, this project also becomes one of the much-anticipated. 

SLB roped in Siddhant Chaturvedi and Mrunal Thakur for his next

Amidst all these, it has been reported by Pinkvilla that Sanjay Leela Bhansali roped in Mrunal Thakur and Siddhant Chaturvedi for his upcoming production. The project's specifics are still being kept a secret, but it is rumored to be a romance drama in which the two young actors will appear together on screen for the first time. 

The film will be directed by Ravi Udyawar and in the first quarter of 2024, Siddhant and Mrunal will start filming for this movie. 

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is currently shooting for Netflix's Heeramandi. Post this, the filmmaker will start working on Baiju Bawra.

Mrunal Thakur's work front

Mrunal is now filming Vijay Deverakonda's #VD13 after wrapping off Nani's Telugu movie Hi Nanna. After finishing the latter, she will join Sivakarthikeyan for the upcoming Tamil action comedy from A.R. Murugadoss. The actress also has Pippa, Pooja Meri Jaan, a thriller drama with Navjot Gulati in her kitty.

Siddhant Chaturvedi has Kho Gaye Hum Kahan with Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav, and Excel Entertainment's Yudhra in his kitty. The actor is also currently working with Ananya Panday for Dharma Productions' love story.
