She will reportedly star in Karan Johar's Student of the Year 3. There is also speculation that the third instalment of the hit franchise will be a series adaptation. The new series will also likely feature newcomers in prominent roles. Deepika Padukone skips Project K’s San Diego Comic-Con launch

It was recently reported that the upcoming Telugu sci-fi film Project K will be the first Indian film to feature at the San Diego Comic-Con. The film’s cast, including Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani, along with director Nag Ashwin, were expected to attend the event in San Diego, California. Sony LIV announces ‘Lords Of The Deccan’ starring Rana Daggubati

Telugu star Rana Daggubati has been cast in the upcoming Sony LIV original action-drama series Lords Of The Deccan. 'Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’ undergoes a third round of reshoots

James Gunn’s new era in DC has begun with back-to-back flops. The filmmaker and co-head of DC Films will hope that the final remnants of the distorted exciting DC cinematic universe can end on a high. The upcoming films Blue Beetle and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, scheduled for a 2023 release, are expected to suffer at the box office as a result of Gunn announcing that the cinematic universe is being rebooted with his 2025 film Superman: Legacy. It is now being reported that Warner Bros are keen on salvaging James Wan’s Aquaman sequel, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. The film starring Jason Momoa is said to be currently undergoing a third set of reshoots. Both Gun and fellow DC Films co-head are reportedly pleased with the latest cut of the film. But the new cut will feature neither Michale Keaton nor Ben Affelck’s versions of Batman. The first Aquaman film remains DC's biggest box-office collection to date, grossing over $1.1 billion.

'Masters of the Universe’ live-action film cancelled by Netflix

Kyle Allen was cast to play He-Man, while Adam and Aaron Nee were roped in to direct the film. Even though filming had never officially commenced, Netflix had already spent millions on development costs. It is speculated that the film could be among the first projects to be scrapped as a result of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.
