Marvel Entertainments has just unveiled the new trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home and we cannot keep calm. The upcoming MCU film stars Tom Holland in the titular character with Zendaya and Jacob Batalon in pivotal roles. Benedict Cumberbatch’s Dr Strange can also be seen in the extended cameo role.

The latest official trailer simply reveals that history is repeating itself at a whole new level. Dr Strange informs Peter Parker that as soon as he used the spell to make everyone forget about his superhero identity, he started getting some visitors. The video further unveils that these visitors are non-other than the supervillains and the enemies of Spider-Man from the alternate universes. The first teaser trailer disclosed only one antagonist named Dr. Otto Octavius, while the latest clip revealed a few more including Green Goblin and the Sand Man.

As soon as Dr Octavious arrive in the present universe he tries to kill Spider-Man, while in the midst of the fight after unmasking him he says, “You’re not Peter Parker.” Later he finds himself locked in a cage with glasses and the three teenagers in front of him including Peter, Michelle Jones (MJ) and Ned Leeds.

Meanwhile, it turns out that Peter’s friends including MJ and Ned still remember his superhero identity and also help the former and Dr strange to ‘scooby doo this mess’ that is leading to a universal problem.

The official clip then glimpses one of the heartbreaking parts, where MJ starts falling down from a building and Peter tries to save her, which reminds us of the climax scene of The Amazing Spider 2, where Peter’s girlfriend Gwen dies during the same.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is set for a theatrical release on December 17.
