Editor Garry BH makes his directorial debut with a story written by K Rajashekar Reddy

Nikhil Siddhartha, who has multiple releases in the upcoming months including 18 Pages and Karthikeya 2, is simultaneously wrapping the shoot of his action thriller, Spy. The film, directed by editor-turned-filmmaker Garry BH, is the first multilingual project in the career of the actor. Spy is written and produced by K Raja Shekhar Reddy under Ed Entrainments.
The first glimpse of Spy was launched earlier today. In the promo, an uber stylish Nikhil walks in a snowy backdrop, carrying a transmitter in his hand, in pursuit of hideout full of weapons. Later, a fully armed Nikhil is in action mode, riding a bike and taking on the baddies. The glimpse sets the tone perfectly for the actioner, set to release for Dasara in the later half of 2022.
The film, that’s set to release in five languages -Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada - is also the comeback project for Hai, Sontham actor Aryan Rajesh. The makers assure that Spy will be an ideal film for the actor to return post a long sabbatical. Iswarya Menon and Sanya Thakur are also cast in important roles.
Keiko Nakahara and Julian Amaru Estrada crank the camera for the film whose action choreography is handled by Lee Whitaker , Robert Leannen, known for their Hollywood outings. Sricharan Pakala is on board as the composer with Arjun Surisetty as the art director. Abhinav Gomatam, Makrand Deshpande, Jisshu Sen Gupta, Nitin Mehta, Ravi Varma too play important roles.
