Shero will release in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The actress, known for her dance numbers, was last seen as a female lead in Beiimaan Love. The movie was a commercial failure and received negative reviews as well.
Her next biggie is the MX Player web series named Anamika, directed by Vikram Bhatt, known for the Raaz trilogy and his horror films. According to the director, Anamika is about a lady assassin whose entire family is killed by assassins for reasons unknown, and now another assassin is also coming for her. Besides Sunny Leone, the show stars Rahul Dev, Ashmita Bakshi and Vivaan Mudgal. Vikram Bhatt is pinning his hopes on Anamika after facing a spate of flops recently.
