Sunder and Jethalal on the run

Sunder and Jethalal run away as they notice that Mayur Mistry's boss is not Dunky Wala (they expected otherwise). The boss stops them, calls them fraud and gives them a warning.

Jethalal’s encounter with Dunky Wala

The boss is actually Dunky Wala in a different getup. They are out to catch each other. Jethalal and Sunder run away anyway, but end up in a dead-end. Thus, Dunky Wala now has them cornered.

Jethalal out to catch Dunky Wala, but why is he running from him?

Jethalal wanted to find Dunky Wala after being scammed by the man. He got closer to finding the fraud with the help of his brother-in-law Sunder who has arranged a meeting with the boss of his mutual friend Mayur Mistry. This boss is after all Dunky Wala himself. Sunder bought fridges from Mayur, giving the Purush mandali of Gokuldham society a hint about Sunder’s mutual friend knowing Dunky Wala. Once decoding that Mistry might know Dunky Wala himself, Jethalal and the Purush mandali pursued Sunder to set up a meeting with the boss. He mentioned the client as Atmaram Tukaram Tambde from Kolhapur. Thus, Jethalal is now out as the very man with Sunder as his assistant and the Purush mandali as his employees.
