The Archies and Fukrey 3 set for November and December 2023 release?

The characters from the Hindi film franchise Fukrey have become rather famous among younger audiences throughout the years. The first film was almost successful enough to be considered a smash, but the success of its sequel came as a complete surprise. Six years have passed since the release of Fukrey Returns (2017), and the crew is finally ready to unveil Fukrey 3. Excel Entertainment had previously claimed that November 24 would be the release date; however, it seems like Fukrey 3 will now be released in December.

A source told Pinkvilla that Fukrey 3 is considering two different release dates: December 1 and December 8, with the former being the most likely. Fukrey Returns was also released in December, and the producers hope to do the same with the third instalment of the classic comedy. Meetings over the past few weeks have focused heavily on two dates: December 1 and December 8, with most stakeholders backing a December 1 rollout. An announcement is imminent, a source familiar with the situation said.

The crew wants to ensure there is enough time between Tiger 3 and Dunki, so they've planned their arrival so that it's three weeks after Tiger 3 and three weeks before Dunki. A new release date of November 24 has been set for The Archies, another Excel production. As of this writing, November 24 is the date for The Archies' digital release; producers must adhere to Netflix's schedule. The Excel updates will come out consecutively in November and December, the person said.

Excel is writing the scripts for both of Farhan Akhtar's upcoming movies, Don 3 and Jee Le Zaraa. The brand is working on a number of other projects, and announcements are soon to come.
