The thrilling trailer of Kala Khatta Part-1 opens with a heartwarming scene of an elderly man, standing on his balcony, gazing out at his young daughter-in-law. She approaches him with a quirky smile, hinting at some exciting news that she must share with him. With a touch of anticipation, the daughter-in-law reveals to the elderly man that he's about to become a grandfather. The news seems to amaze the man as he rushes inside the room to share it with his wife.

In the next scene, we get to see the elderly man’s wife, who is also the mother-in-law of the pregnant woman, gives a warm hug to the daughter-in-law, and decides to call her niece, Bholi to help with their household works, as their daughter-in-law won't be able to do much work.

However, after Bholi visits their house, a dark obsession begins to simmer. The father-in-law becomes excited with the niece’s charisma. As he offers a glass of ‘kala khatta’ drink to her. The next day he mixes some kind of sedative in the same drink and brings it to his niece. The shocking part comes when the niece, oblivious to the sedative danger, passes the drink to the daughter-in-law.

Seizing the opportunity, the father-in-law commits a horrible act of taking advantage of the daughter-in-law, as she's feeling dizzy due to the sedated drink.
