Set in a small town, Utha Le Jaunga revolves around a middle-aged man who kidnaps his sister's husband and holds him hostage for his ulterior motives. What follows next is how the young man survives the atrocities and unwanted sexual advances while trying to escape back to his happy life with his wife.

In the trailer for Utha le Jaunga part 1, we are introduced to a sweet couple whose lives take a dark turn when the wife's elder brother kidnaps his brother-in-law and asks him to impregnate his two wives and deliver twins.
