Vivica A.Fox joins Camille Winbush for the upcoming flick Holiday Hideaway

Vivica A.Fox is expected to join Camille Winbush in Holiday Hideaway, a feature film under the banner of Freezeframe Entertainment, an independent production set for the holiday season. The film has already commenced shooting in Palm Desert, California. The shoot will continue throughout this month.

Winbush will essay the role of Carly Stewart who is the queen of holiday festivities and ends up escaping to a holiday hideaway after a mistletoe mishap. Lamese Williams who is bankrolling the film told Variety that Winbush was the perfect choice for the role. He said while they were searching for the perfect actor to play the lead Carly, he wanted a fresh face that women of colour can easily relate to. He further added that when he approached Camille for the role, she did not hesitate to join. Williams had already worked with her for The Bernie Mac Show.

Talking about the new addition, Vivian, he said when he had produced Vivica’s biography for TV, he learned about her talents, capabilities, work ethics, and her fan following. He also said that she is one of the most hardworking women in showbiz and that the team is honoured to have her on board. Besides Fox and Winbush, the cast also includes Victor Sho, Ella Joyce, Dan Martin, Shelly Robertson and Rodney Van Johnson.

The movie will be produced by Lamese Williams, Maeika Saint Albin and Sharon Brathwaite.
