The producers of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, the star-dance reality show, have big plans for the tenth season. They have reportedly offered Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Farah Khan to serve as judges for the show, which is set to premiere in July. The panel of judges for the ninth season, which ended five years ago, included Karan Johar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Farah, and Ganesh Hedge.
As per reports in IANS, KJo is unlikely to fit the dance reality show into his schedule because he is now working on his next directorial project, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. He'll also be filming the new season of his chat show, Koffee With Karan, next month.
On that point, SRK is now working on Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki and has an untitled project from Atlee in the works. So it'll be interesting to see how the superstar manages to fit the dance reality show into his already packed schedule in the coming months.
Shah Rukh Khan has also been shooting for Pathaan, which is directed by Siddharth Anand. The film features John Abraham as the main antagonist and Deepika Padukone as the female lead. The espionage thriller is slated to hit the big screens on January 25, 2023. Whereas Dunki has blocked the Christmas weekend, that is December 22, 2023.
On the other hand, Kajol has Revathy's directorial titled Salaam Venky, which is based on The Last Hurrah. The shooting of the film kicked off in February this year.
Meanwhile, Farah is currently a part of Khatra Khatra Khatra. The ace choreographer and filmmaker is yet to announce her upcoming directorial. Her last outing as a director was Happy New Year, which was released in 2014. The film featured Shah Rukh, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek A Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Vivaan Shah, and Boman Irani in the lead roles.
