Scam 2003

 The series follows the life of Abdul Karim Telgi, a convicted counterfeiter, who got his money from the counterfeiting of stamp paper in India before he was imprisoned for thirty years. He was a fruit-seller born in Khanapur, Karnataka and allegedly ran the most ingenious schemes in Indian history. Directed by Tushar Hiranandani and Hansal Mehta, the series stars Gagandev Riar as Abdul Kareem Telgi, a veteran theatre artist, who has earlier worked in Sonchiriya and A Suitable Boy.
