With difficult living situations, four friends-cum-colleagues try to find an affordable apartment. Fortunately, their broker shows them a 4BHK flat at a cheap rate. But is it even possible to get a 4BHK at affordable and cheaper rates? Things get unsettled when the 4 friends - Nikhil(Sumeet Vyas), Kavi(Amol Parashar), Subbu(Naveen Kasturia), and Sanki(Ashish Verma) feel the presence of other souls in the apartment. The series portrays four boys managing to stay together and adjust with spirits involving hilarious moments.
