Mae Martin's semi-autobiographical comedy series follows the convalescing addict and comedian Mae as she strives to control the addictive behaviors and passionate romanticism that permeate every aspect of her life. Things become more problematic for her when she becomes engrossed in an all-consuming romance with her new girlfriend, George (Charlotte Ritchie).
