Sweet Magnolias is a 2020 romantic drama television series based on a novel with same name by Sherryl Woods is available at Netflix. The show is developed by Sherryl J. Anderson and produced by Matt Drake with cast members including JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Heather Headley, Anneliese Judge, Justin Bruening, Brooke Elliott, Carson Rowland, Chris Klein, and Logan Allen.
The show is set in South Carolina with three women's best friends Annie Sullivan, Dana Sue Sullivan, and Maddie Townsend, they are best friends since high school, now live their separate lives. It all began when they decided to change their simple life to something different.
As it crisscrosses through the relationship ups and downs of both the generations, ‘Sweet Magnolias’ does get engaging and enjoyable in its later episodes.
