The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window

Anna is a lonely woman who leads a clinical life, carrying on her daily duties as if she has nothing much to look forward to in life. However, her life seems to take a turn for the better when she falls in love with a handsome neighbour, who has moved in across the street. No sooner than she is settled into her life that she witnesses a brutal murder. The film purportedly is a “darkly comedic” satire that has parodied popular thrillers like The Girl on the Train and The Woman in the Window. This eight-episode mini-series from Nobodies creators Rachel Ramras, Hugh Davidson, and Larry Dorf, stars Kristen Bell and Tom Riley in lead roles. Bell is also executive producing the series whereas Will Ferrell is on board as producer. The series will mark Bell’s return to TV after NBC’s The Good Place, which ended its run in 2020.
