The National-Award winning film tells the story of a poor Brahmin family, led by Harihar, a priest who struggles to support his wife Sarbajaya, daughter Durga, and young son Apu.

Apur Sansar (Prime Video) 

It is about an unemployed graduate who wants to be a writer. The film is the final installment in The Apu Trilogy directed by Satyajit Ray. The film also received a National Award. 

Charulata (Prime Video)

Based on Rabindranath Tagore's novella Nastanirh, this Ray film is about a lonely wife who falls in love with her visiting cousin-in-law. It won a National Award for the Best Feature Film.

Jalsaghar (Prime Video)

Another National-Award winning film is a wealthy Indian landowner whose fortune is slowly dwindling.

Seemabaddha (Prime Video) 

Based on the novel Seemabaddha by Mani Shankar Mukherjee, the film follows an ambitious sales manager in a British fan manufacturing firm in Calcutta. It also received a National Award. 

Agantuk (Prime Video)

Based on one of Ray's own short stories, Atithi, the film is about a family in Calcutta who are visited by a man claiming to be the long-lost uncle of the family's daughter, Anila. This film also bagged National Awards.

Hirak Rajar Deshe (Prime Video)

It tells the story of Goopy and Bagha, musicians with magical powers who visit the kingdom of a tyrannical Diamond King. The movie also received National Awards.
