The Blessy directorial has made a total collection of Rs. 4.75 crore from the Kerala box office alone on Day 5 (which was also its first Monday at the theatres).
Aadujeevitham has made a total collection of around Rs. 10 crore from its worldwide run on Day 5 alone. It is the highest ever first Monday collection for a Malayalam film, so far.
Prithviraj Sukumaran's survival drama has now set a new record and has emerged as the biggest Monday grosser in the history of the Malayalam film industry.
Notably, the Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer has made over Rs. 35 crore from the overseas box office alone, that too without having a GCC release.
Aadujeevitham is performing extremely well at the Tamil Nadu box office, thanks to the rave reviews and word of mouth publicity.
However, Aadujeevitham is not performing well in Telugu states, despite having a huge promotional campaign.
If Aadujeevitham continues its good run, the film will enter the Rs. 100 crore club of the Malayalam film industry in a couple of days.
