The ninth edition of the ICC Champions Trophy is set to begin on February 19 and will end on March 9. Indian cricket lovers will be able to watch the tournament on JioHotstar.

Qualification to take part

The qualification of the ninth edition was based on the 2023 Cricket World Cup. The top eight teams in the World Cup points table, including hosts Pakistan have secured their places.

Divided into two teams

The tournament has been divided into two groups. While the first one has Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and New Zealand, the 2nd one has Australia, Afghanistan, England, and South Africa.

Complete fixtures

From February 19 in Pakistan, all the matches are scheduled every day till March 9, 2025. The final match will be held at Gaddafi Stadium, Pakistan. But if India qualifies, it will be played in Dubai.

India vs Pakistan

The much-awaited India vs Pakistan match will be hosted by Dubai on February 23. Notably, Pakistan is hosting an ICC event for the first time in thirty years.

Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya, Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav, Harshit Rana, Mohammed Shami, Arshdeep Singh, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel and Varun Chakaravarthy.

The semi-finals

The semi-finals are scheduled for March 4 in Dubai and March 5 in Lahore. The final will take place on March 9 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore unless India qualifies.

This year the tournament will be the first major ICC event hosted by Pakistan since 1996, Afghanistan will make its first appearance, and former champions, Sri Lanka and West Indies failed to qualify.
