Release date

Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s much awaited Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya released in theatres today. Here is a review!

The storyline

Aryan (Shahid) is looking for a life partner when he meets Sifra (Kriti) who is a Super Intelligent Female Robot Automation

A fresh comeback

This 143 minutes long rom-com film brought back the genre of love story between a human and a robot

The twists in tale

Aryan falls in love with Sifra. Despite being a robotics engineer, he fails to consider implications of love with a humanoid robot

Straight to the point

The film gets too quick in establishing Sifra as an advanced robot. The Hindi sci-fi films before this made it more real

Unnecessary drag

Aryan considers his dysfunctional Delhi family as perfect experiment for Sifra which drags in the whole story

Quick resolutions

Sifra is detached from human emotions and only responds to face scanning and analysis, thus the quick resolutions in drama

The performances

Kriti was absolutely amazing with her robot act. She got the assignment right and perfect even with the flawed climax

Songs are a winner

Even before the release, the film’s title song got everyone on the loop and indeed the songs and the placement was done well

To watch or not

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya has a clumsy and chaotic storyline for a much-dragged love story of a human and robot
