Only the Brave

A hotshot crew from California ignores Eric Marsh, who is the superintendent of the Fire and Rescue Crew 7, when he warns them that the wildfire they're called to manage and put out will affect a neighborhood in that vicinity. As the situation goes as predicted, it leads to the Crew 7 training and becoming certified hotshots. Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the 2017 American biographical drama film revolves around a group of skilled firefighters who risk their lives to put out a new terrifying wildfire. The film is based on the Granite Mountain Hotshots who lost nineteen of their twenty members while battling the Yarnell Hill Fire of 2013. Written by Ken Nolan and Eric Warren Singer, the ensemble cast includes Josh Brolin, James Badge Dale, Jeff Bridges, Miles Teller, Alex Russell, Thad Luckinbill, Geoff Stults, Scott Haze, Andie MacDowell, Taylor Kitsch, Ben Hardy and Jennifer Connelly.
