Warriors of Future

Warriors of Future (2022) is the directorial debut of visual effect artist Yuen Fai Ng. The Mandarin-language sci-fi action adventure film stars Louis Koo, Ching Wan Lau, and Carina Lau in prominent roles. The plot is set in a dystopian near-future, where the Earth is barren thanks to global warming and pollution. A meteorite crashes down, and a strange vine, named by the people as Pandora, starts purifying the planet by sucking up the pollutants and smog. But the accelerated growth of Pandora destroys everything in its path as humanity tries to save itself from these mysterious extraterrestrial organisms. The cast is supported by Philip Keung, Nick Cheung, Xiaoxia Cheng, Ho-Leung Lau and Guopeng Wan, among others.
