• After purchasing Amazon Prime Lite, tap on the “Activate Prime Lite” banners available on the Subscription Page, the Prime Lite page, or via banners on the Home page.
• For Mobile: Clicking the banner will take you to an Info Page where you can view the benefits included in your plan. From there, tap on the “Activate Now” button, which will redirect you to the Amazon Sign-Up page to complete the activation process.
• For TV: Tapping the banner will display a QR code pop-up. Scan it using your mobile device to open a link that takes you to an Info Page highlighting the benefits of your plan. From there, click on “Activate Now” to be redirected to the Amazon Sign-Up page, where you can complete the activation process. 

No worries, If your OTTPlay phone number is already linked to an existing Prime Lite or Prime Video account, you can simply use an alternate mobile number during the activation process to successfully claim the benefits.

Amazon Prime Lite doesn’t work on web browsers — only on the OTTplay mobile and TV apps

• For Mobile: Prime Lite content is exclusively streamed on the Amazon Prime Video app. When you click the Play button on any Prime Lite title within OTTPlay, you will be redirected to the Prime Video app (if already installed). If you don’t have the app, you’ll be taken to the Google Play Store or App Store to download it before you can begin watching.
• For Android and Fire TV: Prime Lite content is exclusively streamed on the Amazon Prime Video app. When you click the Play button on any Prime Lite title within OTTPlay, you will be redirected to the Prime Video app (if already installed). If you don’t have the app, you’ll be taken to the App Store to download it before you can begin watching.
• For Samsung and LG TV: Prime Lite content is exclusively streamed on the Amazon Prime Video app. When you click the Play button on any Prime Lite title within OTTPlay, you will be shown a Banner follow the steps and you can begin watching.

Prime Lite members in India can watch Prime Video content on one device only (mobile or TV). After signing up, the first device you use to watch Prime Video becomes the only device you can access content from.

To switch devices:

• Go to the Devices section in your Prime Video Account & Settings.
• Identify the devices registered for Prime, Prime Video Mobile Edition, or Prime Lite (with a blue tick).
• Select "Remove" for the device you want to replace.

You can remove and replace up to two devices within a 30-day period.
