Yes. Your current subscription will continue to work normally until its expiry date. If you already have an active OTTplay pack, you can continue enjoying content from the included OTT partners until the subscription period ends.

No. Auto-renewals are disabled. Even if auto-renewal was previously enabled, your subscription will not renew automatically once it expires.

Once your current pack reaches its expiry date:

• Access to premium content included in the pack will stop.
• Your subscription will not auto-renew.

No. Pack extensions are not supported. Your access continues only until the current pack validity ends.

Yes. Any free content available on OTTplay will continue to be accessible. However, premium content from OTT partners will only be available while your active pack is valid.

No refunds will be issued for active subscriptions. You can continue enjoying all the benefits of your current activated pack until it expires.

All purchases, extension and renewals post March 31st will be refunded. Please contact our support team at support@ottplay.com and provide all the details. Our team will review your request and assist you.
