After the success of Masaba Masaba Season 2, Neena Gupta will next be seen in not one but two films co-starring Amitabh Bachchan. In Good Bye and Uunchai, both the actors will be sharing the screen space for the first time. During an exclusive interaction with OTTplay, Gupta spoke at length about her work experience with Big B while filming for both films.

The veteran actor told us, "It was very overwhelming initially because he was something else; his commitment, his discipline after doing so much work. So we used to just sit and look at him and see what he was doing. We didn't even have the guts to speak to him or even tell him. He was a real star for me."

Gupta also shared an incident of how he is a thorough professional and doesn't have an air of being a senior actor around people. She said, "But it was very strange. When we were waiting for the shots, I used to keep watching him and his behaviour. But once we started to shoot the scene, we were like two professionals because he doesn't make you feel like he is older and more famous than you. I know some actors who will make you feel. I have worked with them. But here, he works like he must have started working very recently. So that is a very great thing about him. In both the movies, I never expected that. He is so down to earth and basically very professional."

Earlier, while talking about working with Bachchan, Gupta told ETimes that everyone is shocked to learn that this is her first movie with him, but it's true. She said that at least she gets to work with him now. Yes, there was a project that they were talking about, but it ultimately fell through.

Good Bye is slated for release on October 7, 2022, while Uunchai will hit the big screens on November 11, 2022.
