Exclusive! Tnusree: Anjanda’s influence engulfs you as an actor

In her first association with Anjan Dutt, Tnusree Chakraborty is all geared up with the release of Revolver Rohoshyo. The film that features Suprobhat as Anjan’s literary detective Subrata Sharma was released on February 3. The film also features Sujan Mukhopadhyay, Chandan Sen, Kanchan Mullick, and others. In an exclusive chat with OTTplay, Tnusree talked about her character and her experience with Anjan Dutt. 

Talking about her character, Tnusree said that it is impossible to say a lot as her character is pivotal in the mystery. “Subrata Sharma gets a case from my character’s husband. The trailer indicates a love interest between my character and the sleuth. However, I cannot divulge any further. You will have to watch the film. I can assure you that my character is a layered one,” the actress told us. 

This is the first time Tnusree has collaborated with Anjan. Talking about her experience of working with Anjan Dutt, she said, “Anjanda’s influence silently engulfs you. You will feel that he makes you do what he wants on the screen. Whoever has worked with him will admit his influence. It was a brilliant experience. I liked the story and then the script. Finally, it was a very nice experience,” she said.  

Tnusree said that it is the humour of the script that attracted her the most. She said, “Many detective stories have their humour and that is often reflected through the script. Subrata Sharma has his humour and that is based on situational comedy.”
