Prasanna Bisht plays a pivotal role in the upcoming film, Farrey. The Bollywood actress is gearing up for the film's release along with her co-stars Alizeh Agnihotri, Zeyn Shaw, and Sahil Mehta. Ahead of her movie's theatrical release, OTTplay exclusively spoke with Prasanna. While interacting with us, Prasanna recalled a time when life hit her hard.
The Farrey actress revealed that her life took a turn for the worse when her father passed away in 2016. Prasanna said that things changed financially and mentally after his demise.

Prasanna said, "It has happened to me only once and uska long-lasting effect rahega. At the time, so much happened that I don't see anything else that has made me responsible. It happened after my dad passed away in 2016. I realised I was in a bubble and things changed for me physically and mentally. My dad was the pillar of the family and held us together."
The actress further added, "Things were not good. Then slowly, I was the one who took responsibility and I was like, okay, I have to do everything; I have to bring this family together. I have to work. So whatever life he provided for us, I had to provide for my family. My mom also works and she's doing well. She has always supported me. Even when I wanted to switch from engineering to filmmaking, she supported me despite being a single parent."
About Prasanna's upcoming movie
Prasanna plays Chhavi in Soumendra Padhi's Farrey. She shares screen space with Alizeh Agnihotri, Zeyn Shaw, and Sahil Mehta. Their film recently premiered at IFFI 2023 in Goa. Salman Khan, who is Alizeh's uncle, was present alongwith the star cast at the premiere of Farrey.
The movie is scheduled to hit the big screen on November 24. It has been bankrolled by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Nikhil Namit, and Sunil Kheterpal.
