Neil Bhoopalam is currently gearing up for the release of his web series, Illegal 3. In the show, which will premiere on JioCinema, the actor essays the role of a business tycoon, Dushyant Rathore. During the promotion of Illegal 3, OTTplay did an exclusive interview with Neil. Apart from talking about his new project, Bhoopalam shared his thoughts about the paparazzi culture and the adverse effect it can have on a celebrity's life.

In an exclusive conversation with OTTplay, Neil Bhoopalam shared his take on the paparazzi culture, wherein paps turn up to photograph celebrities in public. The actor mentioned, "We are all in the media and we do the same thing in different departments. I think there needs to be some moral check that people need to have."
Neil further cited the example of Princess Diana's death and added, "The mere fact that Princess Diana died because she was trying to escape the paps and everything... when it intrudes your life to such a great extent, it is very harmful and damaging — just so that someone can get a shot and sell a photograph for that much more."

Summing up his take on this topic, the actor stated, "I am sure there's a mindful way. By all means, carry on (with) the job that you're doing, (but) thoda bohot you need to draw a line somewhere. That cannot be taught, it needs to come from within."
Neil Bhoopalam's upcoming project
Meanwhile, Neil will be seen alongside Neha Sharma, Akshay Oberoi, Piyush Mishra and Satyadeep Mishra in Illegal 3. Directed by Sahir Raza, the web show will premiere on JioCinema on May 29, 2024.
His last OTT project was Made In Heaven 2, in which he was seen as Danish. The actor also has shows like Four More Shots Please! to his credit. As far as the films he's done, Neil featured in NH10, Shakuntala Devi, Kaalakaandi, Shaitan and several others.
