Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11's Vivek Dahiya on feedback from judges — 'There was lack of chemistry with...' | Exclusive

Vivek Dahiya is best known for his role in Yeh Hai Mohbabatein. Besides doing fiction shows, Dahiya participated in Nach Baliye 8 with his wife Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya. And they emerged as the winners of the dance reality show. Cut to now, Vivek is seen as a contestant on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11. 

Speaking about his participation, Vivek told OTTplay that he wants to enhance himself in terms of dancing.

When asked about the valuable feedback he received from Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 judges, Vivek added, "All three of them said the same thing that I need to work on my expressions. And that there was a lack of chemistry with my dancing partners. I said, 'What do I do? I haven't danced with a girl so close in such a long time'. I think I will get accustomed to it and in my next performance, they will see a significant change."

Vivek Dahiya on his Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 experience

Further, the actor shed light on his experience of being a part of Jhalak so far. "It has been a learning curve. I have learned a lot and it has been reflective," he said. 

On being asked as to why decided to do Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, Vivek mentioned, "I wanted to be a better version. So where I left Nach (Baliye), I want to start from there and just become an outstanding dancer."

About Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11

JDJ 11 returned to Sony TV after a period of 12 years. The previous few seasons of this reality show aired on a different channel. As for the 11th edition, it is being hosted by Rithvik Dhanjani and Gauahar Khan.

The contestants of this season are Shiv Thakare, Adrija Sinha, Sreerama Chandra, Urvashi Dholakia, Anjali Anand, Aamir Ali, Shoaib Ibrahim, Sangeeta Phogat, Rajiv Thakur, Karuna Pandey and others. The show airs every weekend at 9:30 pm.
