Ritabhari Chakraborty on her birthday: I am back in business with a bang | Exclusive

Ritabhari Chakraborty is celebrating her birthday abroad as she is busy shooting Mainak Bhaumik’s upcoming thriller with Sourav Das, Shaheb Bhattacherjee, Anusha Viswanathan, and others. The actress is still basking in the success of her film, Fatafati. In an exclusive chat with OTTplay, the actress talked about how she is relishing her success and why she will not comment on her relationship status.    

On her birthday, Ritabhari’s family is with her in Europe. “For now, I am celebrating with my crew in the UK. I can’t say much about it because I am not allowed to. My family is here with me,” she said. Will she spend time with her special friend? The actress clarified that she is focussing on her career right now. “I don’t want to talk about my relationship at this point. I am just focussing on work,” she said.

In the last couple of years, the actress took a step back due to her health issues, and after enduring a couple of medical interventions, she is all geared up with her career. Known to be an enterprising young actress, Ritabhari made a grand comeback on the screen with Fatafati. She expressed her gratitude to her fans. “My message to my fan is, thank you so much for your love. Thanks for giving love to Fatafati because that was my back with a bang. This bang has been heard. That’s the reason I am getting more and more work. I am pretty excited about that.” 

Meanwhile, Ritabhari is soaking in the success of her film, Fatafati. She said, “For me, the most significant birthday blessing is Fatafati’s success. We have completed 50 days of Fatafati. That is my biggest gift. My big celebration plan is after I go back home we will have the 50-day party. My team will hold on to that plan until I get there.”
