Pravin and Anita elope from their respective homes and head to Kolhapur, hoping to make a career in movies. While Anita stays with her aunt, Pravin crashes at his friend Vijay's house. Meanwhile, Vijay's grandfather has made a will that says Vijay can only claim the ancestral property if he's happily married. But marrying his long-time girlfriend to fulfill this condition might not be so easy for Vijay. The lives of these four youngsters intertwine as they try to find a way out of their sticky situations.
