Deiva Thirumagal

Written and directed by A.L. Vijay, Deiva Thirumagal is a 2011 Tamil language film starring Anushka Shetty, Vikram, Sara Arjun & Amala Paul. Vikram, a man suffering from mental disorder and intellectual disability. Vikram's wife dies giving birth to their daughter and the entire responsibility of raising the child comes on his shoulders. Young girl, Nila starts going to school after a few years and befriends a teacher Shwetha, who later finds out that Vikram was her sister's Banumathy's spouse. Shweta's father comes to them and promises to take care of Vikram and Nila and then on the way abandons Vikram in the middle of nowhere. Vikram approaches a lawyer Anuradha who is moved by his story and fights for him. Will Vikram and Nila live together ever?
