Desperado

Desperado is an American neo-western action film written, directed, and produced by Robert Rodriguez. Starring Antonio Banderas in the lead role, the film tells the story of El Mariachi, a musician who sets out with a guitar case full of guns to avenge the death of his lover who was killed by a drug lord. Serving as the second instalment in the director's Mexico Trilogy, the film also features performances from Joaquim de Almeida, Salma Hayek, Steve Buscemi, Cheech Marin, and Quentin Tarantino.
