Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga

Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, a 2019 movie, is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar. It is a romantic-comedy movie starring Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Rajkummar Rao in the leads. The film is about a woman who tries to break out from her conservative family for her love life. Sweety Chaudhary  is asked by her family to think about marriage, but she is just not into this. She meets Sahil through a play, and Sahil falls in love with her.  Although the family starts to bet among themselves on the guy that Sweety will choose as her groom, she tells Sahil about her having feelings for girls. She confesses to Sahil about her relationship with Kuhu, whom she met at a wedding.    After the revelation of Sweety's sexuality, everyone starts questioning and blaming her, but during the play, Balbir defends his daughter and Kuhu. He accepts their relationship and her daughter as she is.
