 In this daring debut by Darin J. Sallam, a 14-year-old girl in 1948 Palestine watches from a sealed cellar as calamity burns her family. Darin J. Sallam is the author and director of the historical drama film Farha, which is set in Jordan. The movie tells the coming-of-age tale of a Palestinian girl during the Nakba. On September 14, 2021, it had its debut at the Toronto Film Festival. The lead actor Karam Taher's first appearance on screen is in this movie.
