Ghost Stories

Ghost stories, a 2020 movie, is a Hindi-language, Netflix original horror movie directed by four directors. The four short films, directed by Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee, and Karan Johar, yet again deliver an anthology. It includes four short films about different characters encountering chilling experiences. After the success of Lust Stories, the directors once again came together for a horror anthology. It is a horror and thrilling four short films, starring Jhanvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, Pavail Gulati, Shobita Dhulipala, and many more to execute the horror anthology in a realistic manner. The four horror stories explore the sub-genres of ghost, Zombie, Cannibalism, and Sadistic Horror. While the first story conveys about a woman coming across a dead lady’s ghost, the second story delivers the extensions of an obsession. The third story shifts the imagination from spirits and phantoms to zombies. The fourth and last story revolves around a couple, where the husband claims to see and talk to his grandmother. The confusion and denial lead the wife to death to realize the truth.
