Guppy

Guppy is a 2016 Indian Malayalam film written and directed by Johnpaul George. This is a family drama film which follows the story of Michael, a young 12 year old boy who sells fish and earns money. He wants to make enough money to buy a wheelchair for his paraplegic mother. Michael aka Guppy sells fish and along with his friends makes the most of his days. However, the drama elevates when an engineer arrives in the locality with the aim of constructing a bridge. The bridge will cause a hindrance to Michael and others. Tensions rise between the two groups.
