Haami

In 2018, the Indian Bengali film Haami is directed by Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee. Produced and directed by Windows, the film met positive views at the box office. Before Haami, Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee devoted themself to a story about child-parent relations in Ramdhanu. Haami is a film about the friendship of five years olds. The film shows how adults affect the life of their offspring and adults tend to ignore the life of the child. Bhutu and Chini are students of class 1. Their socio-economic background bugged their parents. On one friendship day, Chini ties a band on Bhutu and he returns her with a peck on the cheek. This innocent act makes adults lose control.
