Ithihasa is a 2014 Indian Malayalam film directed by Binu Sadanandan. This is a comedy film which follows the story of two people - a thief, and a software engineer. Their life gets entangled when their bodies get swapped due to the magic of a ring. Alvy is a small crook and Janaki is a software engineer. Alvy finds a magical ring, and another same ring finds its way to Janaki. They wear the rings and their bodies interchange. They find it a bit interesting and they impersonate each other. The change up situation causes hysterical scenes and most of the story is about it. Towards the end, normalcy comes, and the rings are returned to their rightful place.
