Jolt

Adapted from a screenplay by Scott Wascha, the action-comedy centres around a bouncer, Lindy Lewis (Kate Beckinsale). She suffers from an intermittent explosive disorder and wears a vest to control her symptoms. Things take a turn when her date gets mysteriously killed in a blast a day after they meet. She delves into a hunt to find the killer, unleashing the power she had tried to suppress.
