Kirumi, written, is a 2015 Tamil action thriller directed and edited by Anucharan. The movie revolves around an egoistic man named Kathir who would not take a normal low paying job as it doesn’t meet his standards. His wife ends up being the breadwinner. He ends up getting a job as an informant for a corrupt police officer via Prabhakar, a friendly neighbour who acts as his father figure. This ended up in a series of misfortune as Prabhakar was killed. This opened his eyes and Kathir took a low paying job at his wife's garment factory and earned an honest living. .
