Kumbasaram

Kumbasaram is a 2015 Indian Malayalam film directed by Aneesh Anwar. This is a thriller film which follows the story of Alby, an autorickshaw driver and Meera his wife. They live simple lives and have a son Jerry. One day Jerry falls sick and things get messy for the family. Alby and Meera hospitalize the boy and it is told that Jerry needs surgery. The amount for the operation is too high for someone like Alby. Hopeless, Alby and Meera post an advertisement in the newspaper describing the situation. Alby and Meera’s life turns upside down when someone replies to their ad. A stranger is willing to pay for the surgery but has a condition of his own. Alby must do a task which this stranger wants him to do.
