Kuttram 23 is a 2017 Indian Tamil - language film that is directed and written by Arivazhagan. This is an action thriller film that stars Arun Vijay, Mahima Nambiar, Vamsi Krishna, Aravind Akash, Amit Bhargav, Abhinaya and Thambi Ramaiah. The film follows the life of Vetrimaaran IPS who is a young and dedicated cop posted as the Assistant Commissioner of Police in Chennai. He is assigned the case of a missing woman which eventually becomes a double murder case. The case is getting murkier day by day and things get worse when his own family gets involved in the case. Now, he is pushed against time to solve the case.
