Mayavi

Mayavi is a 2007 Indian Malayalam film directed by Shafi. This is an action drama film which follows the story of Mahi, a petty thug who’s recognised for his ability to kill his victims stealthily. He works in the dark and is very sharp. He’s jailed and meets a fellow prisoner, Balan. Balan and Mahi form a friendship. Balan soon tells Mahi about his sick brother in need of medical treatment. Balan doesn’t have sufficient funds. Mahi luckily gets freed as one of the prisoners is released on the independence day. Mahi then promises to provide funds for Balan’s brother. However he’s planning to get the money through wrong means.
