Midnight

From beginning to ending, the suspenseful South Korean thriller Midnight keeps you on edge. Directed by Kwon Oh-seung, the film revolves around Kyung-mi (Jin Ki-joo), a deaf lady who becomes victim to a merciless serial murderer, Do-shik (Wi Ha-joon), following late-night viewing of one of his attacks. The movie's heart-stopping pursuit around Seoul's streets accentuates the suspense since Kyung-mi must rely on her cunning to live despite her fragility.
