Chander Pahar

Directed by Kamaleshwar Mukherjee, Chander Pahar is a Bengali action adventure film released in 2013. This film features Dev, Gerard Rudolf, Martin Citto Otto, Laboni Sarkar, Tamal Roy Chowdhury and several others. The storyline of this film represents a 20-year old guy named Shankar Roy Chowdhury. Shankar leaves his house and family and goes to Africa at the Mountain of the Moon. He goes to Africa in search of diamond mines and gold. The film is a must watch and it has many awards for Best Film category like Filmfare Awards East, Tollywood National Award, Kalakar Awards and many others in different categories. It is one of the most expensive films made in Bengali cinema.
