Mufti explores the plot where an undercover officer, Gana (Sri Murali ) is in search of a crime lord, Bhairathi Ranagal (Shiva Rajkumar). However, Gana happens to change his motive after learning Bhairathi Ranagal’s intentions being good and ways to be righteous.
